Meal Prep is so easy, and it will save you so much time!! Most of my meals are freezer friendly so it's like a super healthy TV dinner in my mind. When I first started eating healthy I was not a fan of putting things in the freezer, but it has made such a difference! It is so easy to cook for a day and throw most things in the freezer! That way, I can come home from work, eat, and have time to let my food go down before working out. I will post some simple meal prep ideas that I used to give you some ideas!
