The Story

I decided to start Mirandable to inspire and motivate others who are on their weight loss journey! Believe it or not I have been there and done it…several times. I tried several diets and weight loss strategies, but they all ended in failure. I wanted instant gratification! If I didn’t see a difference on the scale within a couple weeks, I’d “treat” myself for working out or give myself cheat days during the week which was counteracting all my efforts, and ultimately ended in failure. I know a lot of you are like that as well.
One day it clicked! I decided I wasn’t happy with myself, I was eating trash and felt like it too, so I set out to see what to do. I got it in my head that I was going to lose weight for MYSELF and that was the game-changer!! Unfortunately, I didn’t follow any type of diet, I made a lifestyle change. It’s been 2.5 years since I started my journey and I’ve lost 80 pounds. The first year I lost weight, this past year has been maintaining, which can be tricky.
I want to tell you that weight loss is all about your MINDSET!!! If you're head is not in it, it's not going to happen.
