I am literally obsessed with these sweet potato fries! They are such a perfect side to pretty much any meal! They're low in calories and high in fiber!! So this is what I used to make mine. I cooked mine in the air fryer, but you can also bake them in the oven!
Ingredients:
2 sweet potatoes
avocado oil (olive oil is good too)
pink Himalayan salt
Directions:
slice the sweet potatoes
drizzle some oil and salt on them
stir the potatoes around so all the pieces get some oil and salt on them
bake in oven or in air fryer - if you're doing the oven method, I suggest 350°, checking every 15-20 min for desired crunchiness - for the air fryer I cooked them on 350° for about 20 minutes - adjust timing for desired crunchiness)
